About the game
Family is a musical deduction puzzle about a fictional, forgotten indie scene from the 1980s. You discover bands and their stories, then use the evidence to assign names to thirty musicians on a family-tree-style chart. The game confirms progress in groups of five correct identities. Original music is part of the investigation's setting, alongside voice work and narrative scenes. The free web edition includes the full main game, while its introduction, tutorial and ending use shorter cutscenes than the downloadable version.
