About the game
Hattrick puts you in charge of a football club, with decisions about transfers, training, finances and match tactics. Your team competes against clubs run by other players in national leagues and cups. Matches are simulated, so the focus is on preparing your squad and developing it over successive seasons rather than directly controlling footballers. You can follow match commentary live or review the result later. Registration and the core game are free. An optional Supporter membership adds extra features; the developer states that it does not provide in-game advantages.
