About the game
Astro Empires is a space strategy game built around developing an empire in a shared, persistent universe. You build bases, expand your position and organize fleets while other players pursue the same opportunities. Alliances provide a way to coordinate growth and take part in larger battles, making relationships important alongside production and military strength. The game uses a browser interface and does not require a client download. Registration is needed to join a server. Free accounts are available, with optional paid upgrades for additional capabilities.
