About the game
War.app Classic, formerly Warzone, is a turn-based territory strategy game inspired by the board-game tradition. Players build armies, plan attacks and compete to control a map, either alone against the computer or against other people. Community-created maps and customizable rules give matches different shapes and pacing. Asynchronous play lets participants submit moves without being online together, while other modes support quicker games. Browser play is available alongside mobile apps. Solo play can be tried without registration; an account is needed for the online community and multiplayer features. Optional membership removes ads and adds features.
